Booking Naseby Village Hall
Booking Naseby Village Hall is quick and easy using our online booking system– just click the link below to check availability and reserve your space.
You may be asked to create an account to make a booking. This allows us to keep in touch with you about your event and provides you with a personal record of your bookings. Rest assured, your details will only be used for Naseby Village Hall communications and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

Please note: If your event includes a seated meal, you will need to supply your own cutlery, crockery, serving dishes and kitchen equipment.

🚫 Important: Please do not send booking requests to this address by post – they may not be actioned in time. All bookings must be made online or via the Bookings Secretary.
⚠️ Please Note: The hall is surrounded by working farms, some with livestock. For safety and animal welfare reasons, fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Hire Charges
- Main hall: £20.00 per hour or £200 per day maximum.
- includes access to kitchen and toilets
- Sports courts: £15.00 / hour. no access to toilets or kitchen.
- Sports pitches: suitable for football or rounders - charges to be discussed with Bookings Secretary
- Field: suitable for events, caravans or car parking - charges to be discussed with Bookings Secretary
- A 3 day weekend event package with access to hall and field starts from £600.00
- A 1 day event with access to hall and field starts at £200.00
- Additional days before or after to enable setting up and cleaning the field start at £100.00
- Clipston road car park to hold up to 800 cars starts at £100.00 per day
- Licenced bar charge for selling alcohol £21.00
- Caravans are charged at £10.00 per van per night.
- Exclusive use of Recreation ground/restriction on residents entry £50.00 per day
Weddings
Various wedding packages available, for example: 3 day = £600.00. Please contact us to discuss how we can help you with your special day - see contact details for our Booking Secretary above.
Cancellations
Cancelled bookings will be charged as follows, 4 weeks notice 25%, 2 weeks notice 50%, Less than 7 days notice 75%.
